Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and dependable Graphic Designer / 3D Modeler & Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves creating 3D models, preparing design files, operating production machines, and handling basic graphic design work such as logos, labels, and packaging designs. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with design software, and willing to learn and operate different production equipment.
Duties
- Create and modify 3D models for production projects.
- Operate and monitor production machines.
- Prepare files for printing, cutting, fabrication, or manufacturing.
- Create basic logos, labels, packaging designs, and product graphics.
- Make changes and corrections to customer artwork.
- Create 3D mockups and product visualizations when needed.
- Check measurements, sizing, colors, and file setup before production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Work with team members to complete orders on time.
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Experience with 3D modeling software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar programs.
- Ability to create and edit logos, labels, and packaging designs.
- Comfortable working with and learning production machinery.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to follow measurements, instructions, and production specifications.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with printing, packaging, signage, CNC, laser cutting, or similar production work is a plus.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
