Description:
This is a full-time on-site Landscaper role located at Faith Church in Orlando, FL. The Landscaper will be responsible for landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation, landscape design, and general groundskeeping.
Responsibilities:

Maintaining campus landscaping

Maintaining lawn, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation systems

Fertilizing lawn, trees, flowers, and shrubs and spreading mulch
-
Trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs, preventing and eliminating weeds
-
Operating edgers, string trimmers, and blowers
-
Operating and maintaining trucks and power tools
-
Keeping grounds free from trash, litter, and debris. Emptying trash receptacles.

Planting new flowers, decorative shrubs, and trees
Requirements:

Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping experience
-
Gardening and Irrigation skills
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to lift and carry equipment on a frequent basis, at least 50 pounds

Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

Experience with commercial properties
-
High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications a plus
