Industrial Site Superintendent
Muncie/Lafayette, IN Chattanooga, TN Waukesha, WI | $130,000–$170,000
We're looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead large-scale industrial construction projects across North America. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys managing complex construction projects, and has experience delivering manufacturing or industrial facilities from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day construction activities
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project execution
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with owners, project managers, and engineering teams
- Oversee projects from groundbreaking through final completion
Qualifications
- No degree required
- Extensive industrial construction experience
- Experience managing large manufacturing, automotive, semiconductor, or chemical facility projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively throughout North America

Retail, big-box commercial, and oil & gas construction backgrounds are generally not a fit.
