We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to build a long-term career in the medical device industry.
What You'll Do
- Perform in-process and final inspections following established procedures using precision tools including calipers, micrometers, and similar inspection tools
- Review and release labels, ensuring accuracy and proper reconciliation with device history records
- Verify manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and inspection records for completeness and compliance
- Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming material, initiating NCRs and support basic root-cause investigation
- Assist with incoming inspection of raw materials and components using measurement tools and visual inspection criteria.

- Mechanical skills and familiarity with basic hand tools
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple inspection tasks
- Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and inspection methods
Experience & Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related technical experience
- Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or medical devices preferred
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, hi-pot testers, or other inspection tools

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
