Job Descriptions
Screen Prep Technician is responsible for preparing and reclaiming screens for screen printing production. This role uses manual dexterity, quality standards, good communication, time management, and detail-oriented skills and abilities to assist with the company’s overall goals and success.
Pay starts at $17.00/hr
Responsibilities
The Screen Prep Technician employee is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- - Clean, reclaim, and coat screens
- - Expose screens based on approved artwork
- - Support screen print setup and shop maintenance
- - Assist with supply organization and general upkeep
- - Provide hands-on help where needed across departments
Qualifications
- Knowledge of screen printing is helpful but not necessary.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to perform manual labor and work overtime if necessary.
- Fast learner with a desire to advance in the field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
