Marketing Coordinator - We’re seeking a driven and strategic Legal Marketing Coordinator to lead the marketing and business development efforts for a reputable law firm in the Valley. This individual must bring a blend of creativity, digital savvy, and a strong understanding of professional services in law firms (You MUST have past law firm experience to be considered for this position). This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ready to take ownership of the firm’s brand presence, campaigns, and client engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm’s brand, services, and attorneys.
- Manage and create content for digital channels, including website, blog, email newsletters, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.).
- Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to identify opportunities for business development and client outreach.
- Plan and coordinate firm-sponsored events, seminars, webinars, and sponsorships.
- Oversee marketing vendors, website updates, and SEO/SEM strategies.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials.
- Draft and design pitch materials, proposals, firm announcements, and press releases.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
- Track and report on KPIs, ROI of campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a law firm environment (required).
- 3–5+ years in a marketing or business development role within legal.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, CRM systems).
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and professional—able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
