IT Support Technician

Job Details

C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, direct hire IT Support Technician in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Support Technician: $40,000/yr. + benefit package; full-time/day shift

Responsibilities:

Provide Tier II technical support for end users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktop computers
Provide remote support when needed
Create, modify, and terminate user accounts using Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange and SharePoint
Document and resolve technical issues while maintaining excellent customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions

High school diploma or equivalent required
IT support experience required
Healthcare terminology or healthcare IT experience preferred
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, JIRA, and RSA preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Previous experience supporting healthcare, Medicare or Medicare Advantage environments and Tier II desktop support preferred
