Renewal by Andersen is hiring experienced Lead Window & Door Installers throughout the Greater Twin Cities area.

What You'll Do
- Lead residential window and door installation projects from start to finish
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the installation process
- Direct and mentor installation crew members on the jobsite
- Review project specifications, measurements, and materials before work begins
- Install replacement windows and doors to Renewal by Andersen quality standards
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and maintain high-quality workmanship
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience from arrival to final walkthrough
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of window, door, remodeling, or residential construction experience
- Experience leading crews or managing residential jobsites
- Strong finish carpentry and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Metal brake experience preferred
- Experience with replacement windows strongly preferred
