We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to join a growing plumbing organization in the DFW market. This opportunity offers a unique career path based on experience and leadership background. We are open to candidates ranging from a hands-on Responsible Master Plumber to a senior-level operational leader capable of overseeing company performance and growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the company's Responsible Master Plumber and maintain licensing compliance
- Ensure all work complies with Texas plumbing codes and regulations
- Oversee plumbing operations, field crews, and daily project execution
- Manage scheduling, inspections, permits, and quality control
- Train, mentor, and develop plumbing teams
- Troubleshoot technical plumbing issues and support field operations
- Assist with estimating, material planning, and project management
- Maintain safety standards and operational excellence
- Collaborate with ownership to improve efficiency and profitability
Qualifications
- Active Texas Responsible Master Plumber License
- Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and regulations
- Residential and/or commercial plumbing experience
- Leadership experience managing crews, projects, or operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
