In this role, you will safely operate a tractor-trailer to handle the loading, unloading, and delivering procedures necessary to transport Molten sulfur from local refineries to customer facilities.
Requirements and responsibilities of a successful CDL Driver:
- Current CDL A with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements required
- Hold a TWIC card or ability to obtain one within 30 days.
- Two years of truck driving experience is a plus
- Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and reference check, and successfully pass Savage's road test, which will include a proper pre and post-trip inspection of the vehicle
Here are some of the physical requirements of this role:
- Work a rotating schedule (5/2 & 5/3)
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 50 lbs. without accommodations.
