Overview
Braxton Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Conventional (Non-CNC) Machinist in our Watertown, CT location. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive knowledge of machining processes and proficiency in various manufacturing technologies.
Job requirements include a minimum of 5 years’ experience with equipment in milling, lathe, surface grinders, ID/OD grinding and jig bores. Candidate must be mechanically inclined with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, possess strong math skills, be quality aware and demonstrate attention to detail to troubleshoot, determine corrective action, repair and rebuild equipment required to manufacture precision metal components according to specifications.
