Sales Manager
Location: Granger, IN Type: Full-time
Van Horne Jewelers is looking for a Sales Manager for our South Bend, IN location. We are a family jeweler known for honest guidance, fine jewelry, in-house craftsmanship, and genuine care.
This role is for a strong leader who loves people, knows how to build a team, and takes pride in creating a warm, trusted guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team each day.
- Create a welcoming, professional store experience for every guest.
- Help the team meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up.
- Train team members on jewelry knowledge, service standards, and sales skills.
- Manage daily store flow, team schedules, and guest needs.
- Partner with ownership and leadership on store goals and growth.
- Set the tone for trust, care, and professionalism in every interaction.

- Proven sales experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury, retail, or client service.
- The ability to coach a team with patience and clear direction.

- A passion for helping guests celebrate meaningful moments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Jewelry schooling is a plus—not required. We’ll send you through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) to become an Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP).

Experience
