Attorney
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in one of our practice areas which are primarily labor law, employment law, and workers' compensation law. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for legal drafting, negotiating on behalf of clients, conducting research and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal administrative procedures.
Duties:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various legal matters
- Conduct legal research
- Represent clients in administrative hearings and arbitration
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients' interests
- Collaborate with colleagues to strategize on complex legal cases
Skills:
- Proficiency in labor law, employment law and/or workers' compensation
- Strong legal drafting skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Familiarity with legal research tools
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
