We are hiring a Field Services Coordinator to manage residential property inspections and turnovers throughout the Austin metro area. You will work independently within clear standards, organize your own schedule and use sound judgment in the field.
Your inspections, photographs and reports will help protect property owners, treat tenants fairly and prevent costly repairs, delays and disputes.
This is a strong fit for someone who values accuracy, accountability and ownership.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Manage assigned properties from move-out through market-ready condition and the next move-in
- Complete move-out, post-make-ready, occupied and follow-up inspections
- Produce accurate written reports and organized photo documentation
- Identify damage, safety concerns, incomplete work and unresolved maintenance issues
- Review tenant files and maintenance histories to help determine responsibility
- Obtain vendor bids and coordinate make-ready work
- Reinspect completed work before recommending payment approval
- Track deadlines and open items so nothing is overlooked
- Communicate directly and professionally with tenants, owners, vendors and team members
- Submit accurate daily time and mileage reports
HOW YOU WILL WORK
Most of your time will be spent driving, inspecting properties and completing reports independently.
You will receive established inspection standards, documentation requirements and decision-making boundaries. Within those expectations, you will be trusted to manage your territory, evaluate the facts and recommend the appropriate next step.
You will report to the Client Services Manager but will not be supervised hour by hour.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time, hourly position
- Bi-weekly payroll
- Monthly bonus eligibility after 90 days, tied to inspection-related income

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance (will require having the company named as an Additional Insured)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- 2Ability to work independently and travel throughout the Austin metro area
- Property management, residential inspection, construction or maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Homeownership or hands-on residential property experience is a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires daily driving, outdoor work in varying weather, frequent walking and stairs, occasional attic access and exposure to dust, odors, heat and normal residential property conditions.
