Job Description
· Drive operational excellence through strategic process improvements within a plastic injection molding operation
· Serve as a key technical leader responsible for enhancing productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance
· Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements throughout manufacturing processes
· Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to optimize operations
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to elevate manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness
· Contribute to capital projects and sustainable plant operations to support long-term business growth
Key Requirements
· Hands-on experience with plastics manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, thermoforming, or compression molding
· BS degree preferred with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
