CMPND is seeking a hands-on Property Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional resident experience. This role focuses heavily on resident relations, community engagement, and daily operational leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns and escalations
- Lead onsite staff (maintenance)
- Oversee move-ins, move outs, renewals and retention strategies
- Enforce building policies fairly and consistently
- Maintain strong communication through announcements and community platforms
- Conduct property inspections and ensure building standards are upheld
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years property management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High-rise or luxury residential experience preferred
- Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented
