StoneLion Solutions recently expanded to Lexington, Kentucky, and we’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as Wireless Sales Representatives.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in wireless sales, customer relations, and professional development. You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching while representing a leading telecommunications provider and helping customers find wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs.
What You’ll Do
- Learn company communication methods, sales materials, wireless products, and office processes
- Participate in daily training focused on wireless sales, communication, and customer experience
- Engage directly with customers and introduce them to available wireless, internet, and telecommunications services
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Present product features, pricing, promotions, and available options clearly and professionally
- Build customer relationships while working toward individual and team sales goals
- Follow up with customers to support satisfaction, retention, and future sales opportunities
- Work with leadership to set and achieve weekly individual and team sales goals

Preferred Qualifications — Not Required
- 1–2 years of customer service, sales, retail, or similar experience

Compensation
This is a performance-driven wireless sales position with opportunities to earn commission and bonuses. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
