Cherry Creek Counseling is seeking a full-time Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) to join our growing outpatient private practice. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated, intellectually curious, and committed to becoming an exceptional clinician.
This position is ideal for an LLMSW who wants more than just a place to earn supervision hours. We are committed to helping clinicians build confidence, sharpen their clinical skills, and develop into thoughtful, ethical, evidence-based therapists.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or couples based on your interests and experience.
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice.
- Participate in individual supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development.
- Build and maintain a full outpatient caseload.
Qualifications
- Active Michigan LLMSW license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and organized.
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
- Desire to continue learning and growing as a clinician.
Experience with CBT, anxiety disorders, OCD and ERP, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, or couples therapy is welcomed but not required.
