Who We Are
Timber Creek Woodcraft is a residential custom cabinet shop that holds itself to high standards and expects the same from our employees.

What You'll Do
- Learn to read assembly sheets, plans, and elevation views

- Install drawers, doors and hardware
- Learn to operate, set up, and maintain our machinery

- Keep the shop and job site clean and organized, start to finish
Who We're Looking For
We're not looking for someone to fill a seat — we're looking for a self-driven, high performer ready to outwork the average candidate. You should:
- Bring a strong work ethic that carries you through the tough days, not just the easy ones
- Take full ownership of problems and mistakes — no blame, no excuses
- Hold yourself to a higher standard than what's asked of you
- Move fast to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility
- Treat respect and reliability as non-negotiable
