The New Hope Railroad is seeking highly motivated and energized individuals with engaging personalities to work in various part-time customer service and other passenger services positions.
Customer Service Associates will cross-train in several positions, notably - Excursion Narrators, Bartenders, Gift Shop Clerks, Photographers, Photo Printers, Parking Lot Attendants, and more...
Select Customer Service Associates may eligible for advancement to shift leaders and other key positions.
The primary purpose of this position is to interact, entertain, and serve the railroad's customers.
Associates will be required to wear designated attire prescribed by the railroad.
PHYSICAL CRITERIA:
The ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
The ability to squat and kneel as required in the performance of the position.
The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time (oftentimes on a moving vehicle).
The ability to safely climb ladders and steps while carrying 25 pounds.
The ability to work in all weather conditions. The company is open regardless of weather and will only close in the event of a declaration of emergency.
