Retail Supervisor, Mt. Zion Location
Job description:
Scott State Bank’s Retail Supervisors are hands on and responsible for supervising location Tellers and New Accounts personnel. They support efforts to maximize revenue, sales, customer satisfaction and minimize operational losses, as well as deepen existing relationships. Applicants must have prior banking experience, knowledge of bank products, excellent customer service skills, leadership skills and place importance in complying with regulatory requirements.
Applicants should have the following:
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Customer service focus with ability to stay positive in interactions with customers and team members
- Good communication skills including speaking clearly, succinctly, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
- Strong leadership skills
- Retail banking experience

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with some Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
