Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and operate assigned machines and auxiliary equipment to produce wire and wire products.
- Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine or material issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Read, understand, and follow the production schedule.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift/carry at least 75 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs safely.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Capability to become certified and operate a forklift safely.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check, drug/alcohol screening, and physical examination.
- Must be at least 18 years old due to the work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Overnight shift
