Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Coordinator/Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Job Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Flower Mound TX 75028
Pay Range: $30.00 - $34.00/hr
Hybrid (3 days per week in the office),
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and analyzing compliance data using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, etc.)
- Extracting, reconciling, and maintaining accurate compliance data from multiple systems
- Coordinating with suppliers to obtain and review environmental compliance documentation
- Preparing reports and dashboards to track compliance activities and project progress
- Responding to customer and internal compliance-related inquiries
- Supporting compliance documentation updates, non-conformance investigations, and corrective actions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, compliance, engineering support, analytics, or a related field
- Advanced MS Excel skills (mandatory)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency with MS Office; Power BI experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
