We're seeking an experienced Lead Architectural Designer to support the design of cutting-edge semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on design leader with extensive experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of architectural design/modeling experience for industrial, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing facilities
- Expert-level proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
- Experience leading design efforts, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and performing model reviews/clash detection
- Strong knowledge of building codes, BIM best practices, and construction documentation
- Experience with cleanrooms, semiconductor tool layouts, or advanced manufacturing facilities is highly preferred
