Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using barcode scanning technology and RF scanners to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and conducting regular stock counts using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload shipments with proper handling techniques, adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Perform quality control checks on items to verify order accuracy and product condition before shipping.
- Assist in shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing packages for shipment and processing inbound deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, RF scanners, and inventory management software.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment following safety guidelines.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities accurately.
- Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use, safe lifting techniques, and hazard awareness in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform order picking & packing efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors during daily operations.
