· RUBELLA AND RUBEOLA TITER (LAB REPORT IS REQUIRED). IF RESULTS ARE LOW, PROOF OF MMR IS REQUIRED. (FOR RUBEOLA LOW RESULT TWO MMRS ARE REQUIRED)
