Breeze Heating, Air & Electrical is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Residential Journeyman Electrician (02) to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with homeowners, and enjoys troubleshooting and solving problems.
This position focuses primarily on residential service, repair, panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, dedicated circuits, surge protection, and HVAC-related electrical work.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical issues
- Perform service and repair work in occupied homes
- Install panels, circuits, EV chargers, generators, surge protection, and other residential electrical systems
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
- Create estimates, document work, and complete invoices using company software
- Work closely with our HVAC team to provide complete home comfort solutions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Washington State 02 Residential Journeyman License (Required)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Administrator certification or interest in obtaining administrator certification
- Experience with generators, EV chargers, panel replacements, and service work
- Service sales experience
- Leadership mindset and desire to grow professionally
