Job Summary: We are looking for CNC Machinists to operate CNC machinery. This role is crucial in ensuring our components meet the highest standards of precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn precision set-ups of various CNC machines on state-of-the-art assets.
- Learn how to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Monitor the production process and learn how make adjustments for quality control.
- Learn how to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or tooling.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to verify part compliance.
- Learn CNC machining safety protocols and company standards.
- Remain flexible in a fast-paced environment and support teammates however possible
- Learn how to inspect parts using hand tools to verify dimensions
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or associate degree is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
Other Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Good problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and quality practices.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
