Funeral Director (Licensed or Eligible)
Location: Stanly & Cabarrus Counties, NC
Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with families and guide them through arrangements with compassion and confidence
- Direct and coordinate funeral and memorial services with excellence
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless experience
- Participate in an on-call rotation and support after-hours needs

Qualifications
- North Carolina Funeral Director license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to assist with the transfer and care of decedents, including lifting and positioning, using proper equipment and team support to ensure safety and dignity at all times
