Cleaning Technician / General Labor

As a Technician, you will:
- Perform high-quality cleaning, air duct/HVAC services, and emergency water restoration for our customers.
- Work closely with team members to complete jobs safely and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow industry standards such as NADCA (for air duct cleaning) and IICRC (for water restoration), along with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in tasks such as cleaning, water extraction, demolition, light construction, and equipment operation, depending on the job assignment.

Qualifications:
- Valid, 5+ years of US Driver's License
- Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record
- Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 75lbs.
- Ability to work Saturdays and overtime
- Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred
