Looking for an opportunity to build your office and recruiting experience? Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Temporary Recruiter for a 6–8 week assignment in Schofield.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong computer skills, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
Job Details
Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (6–8 weeks)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Schofield, WI
What You'll Be Doing
- Make approximately 30–40 candidate calls each week
- Conduct initial candidate phone interviews (approximately 30 minutes each)
- Schedule qualified candidates for onsite interviews
- Provide a positive first impression for candidates
- Maintain candidate information using computer systems
- Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, engaging, and professional attitude
- Strong computer skills required
- Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Workday is preferred
- Recruiting experience is preferred but not required
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
