Join our growing CAS Dance Family! CAS Dance is expanding into three brand new state of the art dance studios being built to open in August 2026. We are seeking an experienced ballroom dance instructor to add to our existing dance faculty. Ideal candidates will have experience in a classroom setting, or a combination of significant professional experience and education.

CAS Dance Instructors are energetic, engaging, and foster strong relationships with CAS students. The Ballroom Instructor will need to teach both Latin and Standard styles . We are growing fast and are looking for instructors for both our personal enrichment program as well as our pre-professional Dance Company program. Ballroom classes would be available for ages 7 - 18,m for levels beginner - pre-professional. Dance classes take place during the weeknight and weekend time frames. Dance Instructors should be highly motivated and passionate about providing the best possible dance education to our students. There are many growth opportunities available for the right candidate.
Start Date: September 9, 2026
Qualifications:
· Certified dance instructor, possess a degree in dance, or possess extensive relevant professional experience.
· Dance certification from nationally recognized organization preferred but not required
· Previous teaching experience with beginner through advanced levels preferred.
· Must pass a background check and commit to the values of Baldwin Wallace University community.
