This Foundry Worker position entails working with an aluminum furnace pouring permanent and sand molds at 1350 degrees fahrenheit . They will learn to use various equipment to make cuts and/or additional modifications needed on our parts and learn how to create cores using various components of solids and liquids.
Description:
- Furnace melting and pouring of aluminum.
- Pouring into permanent and sand molds to create exclusive parts manufactured by our company.
- Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
- Sawing and sanding aluminum parts.
- Assist with cleaning/maintaining furnaces ladles.
- Taking inventory of foundry supplies.
- Assisting lead operator in the daily functions of maintaining foundry duties.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
