Skn Bar Rx is looking for a Patient Coordinator to support the retail store and medical spa at of our Shorewood and Pewaukee locations.
Responsibilities:

Conduct retail store operations such as opening or closing the location and scheduling reservations.

Help to promote the location and team members via social media.

Assist to achieve set service and retail sales goals.

Assist with inventory, laundry and other operational tasks.

Maintain product knowledge of our retail products.
Qualifications:
-
Two years’ experience in the Medi-spa or beauty industry.

Experience with inventory management/control
-
Exceptional customer interaction skills
-
Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organizational skills
-
Proficiency in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Experience using Microsoft Office 365.

Prior experience with Zenoti is a plus, but not required.

Must be available to work nights and weekends

Must be open to driving to both SKN Bar locations (based on the needs of the business)
