First Coast Autism is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings throughout Flagler County, mainly in Palm Coast public schools and homes.
We are a local, clinician-focused agency that prioritizes support, realistic caseloads, and strong supervision—so our RBTs can do their best work without burnout!

Position Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential through the BACB
- Reliable transportation within Flagler County
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with your BCBA and admin team.
