As a Personal Attendant with InClusion Services, you will provide daily direct supervision of adults with developmental disabilities on a 1-on-1 care in their own homes, helping them keep their independence and improving their quality of life.

Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Valid CA Driver's License
· Clean Driving Record
· Vehicle Insurance
· CA Vehicle Registration
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift 25 pounds
· Ability to bend, kneel, run, stoop and other physical movements
· Driving to various work sites
Job Duties:
Duties of a personal attendant include but not limited to the following:
- Must be willing to deal and work with individuals with intense and challenging behaviors
· Supervising
· Scheduling of Medical Appointments
· Assisting with Meal Preparation
· Money Management
· Shopping for groceries or other personal Items
· Feeding
· Dressing a child or person who needs assistance due to advanced age, physical disability, or mental deficiency.
· Monitors services and individuals progress in relationship to establish goals and objectives per individuals plans.
· Ability to read, analyze and interpret general regulations.
· Able to speak English and any language based on the individual needs.
· Ability to use independent judgment during services and emergencies.
· Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment
