The Mitigation Project Manager (PM) leads emergency restoration projects (water/mold/bio) and other types of restoration mitigation jobs as deemed necessary from inspection through completion. The Mitigation PM will oversee projects involving risk assessment, documentation (e.g., MICA/Dash), coordinate technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion while managing job costing, purchasing, profitability, etc.. A qualified candidate for this role will have experience scoping, estimating, and seeing jobs through completion ensuring IICRC and OSHA compliance. The ideal candidate will have industry program-work experience, and have the ability to maintain efficient client and adjuster communication.
During peak business times, the Mitigation PM may be asked to manage and perform certain aspects of the above listed types of jobs. It is the responsibility of the Mitigation PM to show up to work each day in a neat, clean and presentable fashion that best represents CRS.
CRS is a 24/7 disaster based business and even when not “On-Call” may be asked to work after hours and on weekends/holidays.
Salary will coincide with experience. This position includes a company vehicle, gas card, expense card, phone stipend, base salary and other incentives/commissions.
