Burg & Shaw is a QSR concept in the heart of Boston's Theatre District — East meets West in a bun. We're young, we're growing, and we're building something people remember. This is a chance to get in early and grow with us.
Here's the most important thing about how we hire: we hire for attitude and character first. No experience required. If you genuinely care about people and love putting a smile on someone's face, we'll teach you everything else. The food, the stations, the systems — all learnable. The character isn't. That's on you, and it's what we're looking for.

What you'd do:
- Prepare, cook, and assemble our food to standard — quickly, safely, and with pride
- Learn every station: grill, fryer, prep, assembly, and front-of-house service
- Deliver real hospitality to every guest — warm, present, genuine
- Keep your space and the kitchen clean and organized throughout the shift
- Handle opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Work as a team — shared ownership, shared wins
Schedule: Part-time and full-time available. Day and night shifts, including some weekends. We'll build a schedule that works for both of us.
