- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Contract Length: 6-month assignment
Med/Surg RN Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
- Specialty-specific Med/Surg experience required
- Strong knowledge of patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning
- Ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in a hospital environment
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to changes in patient condition
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with healthcare teams
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records
- Commitment to quality patient care and safety standards

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care to patients with various medical conditions
- Perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and healthcare team members
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery needs
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic medical records
- Assist patients with repositioning, transfers, and mobility needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient care environment
- Perform additional nursing duties as assigned
