Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sell Cricket Wireless phones, accessories, and wireless service plans.
- Assist customers with activations, upgrades, bill payments, and troubleshooting.
- Educate customers on the latest devices, promotions, and products.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and follow company policies.
Qualifications
- Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
