The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and its various departments. The duties include calendar management, strong written skills, ability to hold a high level of confidentiality, payroll processing, and more.
Responsibilities
- Utilize quickbooks for invoicing clients
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Assist with human resources functions such as payroll and employee onboarding
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Familiarity with architectural projects is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in payroll processing and basic HR functions
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to run various aspects of a project such as invoicing clients, ensuring payment applications are signed on time, ensuring consultants are paid on time, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
