What You'll Do as a Massage Therapist:
- Provide personalized massage therapy using Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and trigger point techniques
- Conduct intake conversations and build treatment plans based on client goals
- Accurately document sessions with SOAP notes
- Educate clients on regular massage and wellness routines
- Maintain a clean and inviting treatment room
- Work with a team of fellow LMTs and front desk pros who have your back
Compensation & Earning Potential:
We offer one of the most rewarding pay structures in the Denver metro area:
- Pay Range: $43–$47/hour. Its broken down below
- Base Pay rate Plus
- Tips: Consistently strong gratuities from satisfied clients
- Bonuses: Monthly incentives tied to rebooking, performance, and client experience
- Spiffs: Earn extra for service enhancements, upgrades, and product recommendations
- Average Total Pay: Most Massage Therapists at our Denver-area clinics earn $45–$50+ per hour
