About the Role
As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in producing high-integrity components for demanding industries like aerospace and defense. You will leverage your technical expertise in machine setup and operation to ensure that every part meets rigorous quality standards, directly contributing to the success of mission-critical applications.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and changeovers on CNC lathes, mills, or grinders to maintain high production efficiency.

Interpret intricate blueprints and technical specifications to ensure precise component geometry.

Perform advanced inspection and gauge measurement to verify that parts adhere to strict tolerances.

Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes and improve overall throughput.

Maintain a high standard of operational excellence by adhering to safety protocols and quality management systems.

Utilize multi-axis CNC technology to manufacture components that meet the exacting requirements of the aerospace and medical sectors.
Qualifications-
1+ years of hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC machining equipment.

Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing blueprints.

Proficiency in utilizing precision measurement tools for quality inspection.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance.

Ability to pass comprehensive pre-employment screening processes.

Advanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.

Prior experience in high-precision environments such as aerospace, automotive, or tool & die.

Experience operating 5-axis milling or turning centers.
