As a Sales/Finance Manager, you are responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates for the store and also assisting customers with securing RV financing and insurance, working closely with lenders. The Sales/Finance Manager has the opportunity to lead a sales team and create an exceptional experience for every guest.

Job Description:
- Hires, trains, supervises, and monitors the performance of the new- and used-vehicle department managers.
- Meets with sales managers (new and used) to establish annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
- Assist customers in securing RV financing and insurance, working closely with trusted lenders, and ensuring a smooth, transparent purchasing experience.
- Promote dealership protection products and warranties, helping customers make confident, informed decisions, all while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethics.
- The Sales/Finance Manager will promote the company’s core values and have the ability to positively influence the team’s success.
Essential Duties:
- · Oversee the training and execution of the finance process with high integrity/ethics.
- · Sales of all back-end products.
- · Procure financing for our customers.
- · Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and employees.
- · Keep all CIT’s under 10 days.
- · Finance & Warranty source relations.
- · Cultivate and create relationships with lending sources.
- · Cultivate and maintain relationships with our extended warranty company.
- · Develop alternative sources for back-end products.
- · Cultivate and maintain relationships with our GAP insurance provider.
- · Maximize all back-end producOversee all activities occurring in the vehicle showroom
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Support sales team to set realistic and aggressive monthly targets and support deal closure and approval
- Handle retail related concerns and coordinate with salespeople to close vehicle purchase deals
- Respond to customer complaints and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for dealership management to review
- Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff to plan and implement sales
- Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
- Anticipate sales and expenses goals monthly and annually and prepare departmental operating budget
- Monitor departmental customer satisfaction ratings and ensure potential buyer follow up to develop, execute and supervise sales control system.
- Recommend color, model and equipment based on inventory needs
- Review and monitor customer preference and operational records to focus automotive sales efforts
Requirement:
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Proven track record with automotive retail sales
- Motivating team player attitude
- Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
- Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
- Strong organization, closing ability, and follow-up skills
