What You'll Do
As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Schedule and coordinate service requests
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Communicate with service technicians and internal departments
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved
- Build positive relationships through friendly, professional communication
- Assist with administrative projects and office support as needed
What We're Looking For

- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient with computers and data entry
- Experienced in customer service, office administration, or dispatching (preferred but not required)
