B&A Roofing is a fast-growing, multi-state roofing company operating across the Southeast, headquartered in Hattiesburg, MS. We're expanding our footprint in Jones County and pushing toward Lauderdale and Meridian — and we're looking for motivated sales professionals who want to own that growth.
Our ideal candidate already lives in the Laurel or Jones County area. You'll be working your own backyard, building relationships in a community you know, with the full backing of an established and growing brand behind you.
This is a results-driven role where your income is tied directly to your performance. Top producers on our team earn serious money, and we give you the tools, training, and team support to get there fast.

What You’ll Do
- Generate and manage leads (door-to-door, referrals, networking)
- Conduct roof inspections and guide homeowners through the sales/claims process
- Sell shingle, metal, and commercial roofing systems
- Work both insurance and retail sales opportunities
- Build relationships with customers and consistently close deals

Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone (CRM, communication, documentation)
- Ability to physically climb and inspect roofs
- Willingness to work during the hours when you can meet customers at their homes
