B&A Roofing is expanding into Jones County and pushing toward Lauderdale and Meridian — and we want someone who already knows this community to lead that growth. The Opportunity
This is a performance-based role — your paycheck is a direct reflection of your effort. Our top producers earn well into six figures, and we hand you the training, tools, and team support to get there fast. No roofing experience required — just drive, coachability, and a willingness to knock on doors.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads through door-to-door, referrals, and networking
- Inspect roofs and walk homeowners through the sales and insurance claims process
- Sell shingle, metal, and commercial roofing systems
- Work both insurance restoration and retail sales
- Build relationships that turn into closed deals and repeat referrals

Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone (CRM, docs, communication)
- Physically able to climb and inspect roofs
- Flexible availability to meet homeowners when they're home
