LumiMaid is hiring part-time Cleaning Technicians to help with residential, apartment turnover, move-out, and light commercial cleaning jobs in the Minneapolis area. This is an on-the-road role where you will travel to client properties and complete cleaning work using LumiMaid checklists and standards.

What you'll do:
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, entryways, common areas, and other assigned spaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, remove trash, and disinfect high-touch areas
- Follow job checklists and room-by-room cleaning instructions
- Take before-and-after photos when required
- Report damage, access issues, missing supplies, or job changes right away
- Arrive on time, communicate professionally, and treat client properties with care
What we're looking for:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or with a small team
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful, but not required if you are willing to learn
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move during cleaning work
- Smartphone access for schedule updates, photos, and communication
- Positive attitude and respect for clients, coworkers, and properties
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Daytime and occasional weekend availability preferred
- Hours may vary based on client needs and job volume
