Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate with a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience. Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to read a tape measure and work overtime, including occasional Saturdays, based on customer demand. You should be prepared to train on various shifts during your first 90 days and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and results-driven environment. A professional demeanor and the ability to interact positively with teammates are essential.
Responsibilities

Operate various machines and manage computer input.

Assist in the control room.

Perform general help duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, around the facility.

Attend weekly team meetings on Tuesdays, 30 minutes before your shift starts.

Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure team success.
Essential Skills-
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Ability to read a tape measure.

Experience with machine operating, specifically in the corrugated industry.

Ability to handle material, perform inspections, and manage loading tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications-
Experience in packaging and general labor.

Proficiency in material handling.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $47840.00/yr.
