Job Summary
Cross County Private Nursing (CCPN) is a concierge-style home health and private nursing agency providing premium care for clients in the comfort of their own homes and during travel to the area. We specialize in 24/7 care, post-op recovery, long-term care, care during travel, and luxury concierge health services.

Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing behavior management strategies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of living areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Assist with mobility devices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or personal care roles is preferred, particularly in senior care or long-term care settings.
- Knowledge of first aid practices and basic medical terminology is essential.
- Experience working with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other memory-related conditions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with assisted living environments, retirement homes, group homes, or home & community care is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving including lifting, transferring, and cleaning duties.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for positions involving transportation of residents.
