We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to become part of our team. What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile and provide exceptional customer service.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our hotel management system.
- Answer phones and assist with reservations, questions, and guest requests.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and work to resolve issues quickly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Promote IHG One Rewards and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Complete daily reports and shift responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
